Penrith City Council have lodged plans to sub-divide their recently acquired industrial site known as 158 - 164 Old Bathurst Road, Emu Plains.
If approved, the 16-hectare site will be transformed into a 40 lot Torrens title industrial park with lots ranging from 2,003sqm to 15,033sqm. The IN1 General Industrial sub-division will have two access points, one from Old Bathurst Road and the other from David Road, both B-double accessible. Maximum building heights will be 12 metres and lots fronting Old Bathurst Road to be a minimum of 6,000sqm.
